Operator to innovator
Removing obstacles. Finding solutions.
Restaurant technology consulting for multi-unit operators. Design, implementation, QA and analytics from someone who has run the restaurant and the tech stack behind it.
Most work starts with a fixed-price configuration audit or a pre-launch QA check. Small, scoped before it begins, and it tells you what is actually wrong.
Reducing friction one pain point at a time.

Services
Four ways to take friction out
Every restaurant group runs on a stack of platforms that were sold separately and are expected to work together. My job is finding where they do not, fixing what can be fixed, and telling you plainly what needs the vendor.
Design
Decide what the stack should be before anyone signs anything.
- Stack evaluation and selection
- Integration design
- New location technology scoping
- Vendor proposal and contract review
Implement
Configure it, launch it, and stay through an agreed support window.
- Platform configuration and launch
- Platform migrations
- Loyalty program launches
- Operator training and documentation
- Go-live support
QA
Confirm the stack is set up the way someone said it was.
- Configuration audits
- Integration validation
- Pre-launch QA passes
- Regression checks after platform releases, on the systems in scope
Measure
What a platform, a contract or a delivery channel actually costs you.
- Third-party delivery economics
- Contract and renewal modeling
- Return on investment reporting
- Recurring reporting, built and handed over
Bring me in for overflow configuration, implementation and QA on restaurant projects. I work behind your name, to your scope, and I do not approach your client.
Bring me in to pressure-test workflows, onboarding and documentation from an operator's point of view, before your customers find the gaps.
Approach
Start with one pain point
No long discovery phase and no retainer to get started. Pick the thing that hurts most. The first job is small on purpose.
Tell me what hurts
A short call or an email. What is slow, broken, confusing or costing more than it should.
A small, fixed first job
Usually a configuration audit or a pre-launch QA pass. You get a written list of what was found and a plan to fix it.
Fix, launch, measure
You decide what to do with the findings. If you want them fixed, that gets scoped and priced before any work starts.

About
I came up through restaurant operations: over a decade running restaurants, including full profit-and-loss responsibility for a high-volume location.
Then I moved to the other side of the counter, and I have spent years leading restaurant technology for multi-unit operators: programming, deploying and integrating point of sale, online ordering, loyalty, delivery, back office, scheduling and guest feedback.
And then I had to live with the results on a Friday night. That is the difference. I know what a bad menu sync does to a kitchen, and what a vendor demo leaves out.

Got a pain point?
Operators, agencies, vendors: tell me what is slowing you down. Which platforms, how many locations, what is going wrong, and whether there is a launch date. A few sentences are enough.
